Returns Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with quality products, as well as friendly and knowledgeable service. Do keep in mind that most of our items are handcrafted.

If you need to contact to us for any reason, please call Customer Service at 1.888.726.6533 or Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Satisfaction Guaranteed!

Shipping

Place an order with us and be assured that your items will ship from our distribution center the very next business day. We ship US Postal Service, and charge $4.95 per order throughout the United States. Orders over $50 receive free shipping! Arrival time is usually 3-7 business days, excluding holidays.

International orders are sent via UPS. Please allow an additional 10-21 business days for orders outside the continental U.S.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Our cut off date for holiday shipping will be December 13th. Any orders received by then will be shipped out on Monday, December 14th. According to the US Postal Service this is still enough time to receive your order for Christmas.

NOTE: FREE SHIPPING offers through US Postal Service are only valid to destinations within the Continental US. Destinations outside this area will be charged the current international shipping rate and ARE NOT eligible for the FREE SHIPPING offers.
